Forming Friendships

As I lay here in bed, thoughts of you run through my head.
As each day goes by, with each hello and goodbye,
I find myself smiling at the friendship that is forming.
Knowing with you it's welcomed and warming.

As the days turn to night, I remember the sight.
The time we are sharing and the caring.
Getting to know you is an enjoyable event.
